Three Angus cattle arrived at their new home on Western Dakota Tech’s (WDT) campus on Friday, Oct. 2. Rounds introduces bill to reform NRCS to better serve South Dakota farmers, ranchers and landowners

U.S. Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) introduced legislation to reform the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), which is in charge of making wetland determinations.
