The Dupree Volunteer Fire Department responded to a grass fire October 23 eight miles north of Hiway 212 on the Iron Lightning  Road. An estimated 15 acres of J.D. Williams land was burned. The Sacred Heart Parish holds its monthly drawings

The Sacred Heart Parish of Dupree held their monthly 200 Club drawings on Sunday, October 21, at the Church Hall following Holy Mass and Brunch. Winners were: $50-Pam Henderson, Dupree; $50-Melinda Selby, Faith; $25-Michele Hulm, Faith; $25-Ashley Schilling, Omaha, NE; $25-Cassie Mraz, Ft. Pierre. $25-Natashia Jones, Aberdeen.

Dupree UCC Harvest Festival and Sale

Dupree picnic serves up stew; a pot of warmth against the cold fall temps

The Dupree Picnic was held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 by the creek near Highway 65 and 212. Nila Woodward and Amy Linn had the fire going and the stew started as others came and added to the pot. Dupree Blood Drive held

Fifteen donors came to the blood drive on Tuesday, September 25th in Dupree and were able to donate sixteen units of life-saving blood.  Three donors gave 2RBC units and three were deferred.  The Friendly Few 4-H Club provided refreshments.  The next scheduled blood drive is Tuesday, November 27th.
