William C. High Bear, Sr., 65, of Dupree, entered the spirit world Monday, July 27, 2020 at Monument Health Hospital, Rapid City, SD. Due to current COVID regulations set forward by CRST Tribal Council, a private service will be held. Luce Funeral Chapel of Eagle Butte has been entrusted with William’s arrangements.
