January 30 – 2019 ELAP application for payment deadline
January 31 – deadline to apply for loans and LDP’s on wool shorn in calendar year 2019
February 17 – Office closed
February 28 – General CRP signup ends.
February 29 – deadline to sign LIP application for payment and provide documentation
March 1 – 2019 LIP application for payment deadline
March 15 – deadline to obtain NAP coverage
March 15 – deadline to make ’19 Farm Program (ARC/PLC) election
March 31 – deadline to obtain Marketing Assistance Loan on 2019 crop wheat, oats, barley
May 31 – deadline to obtain Marketing Assistance Loan on 2019 crop corn, sunflowers, grain sorghum, soybeans
June 30 – Deadline to make 2020 Farm Program (ARC/PLC) election
DEADLINES ARE FAST APROACHING
The General Conservation Reserve signup will end on February 28, 2020. If you are interested in enrolling in the CRP program, please do not wait until the last day to come in for signup. The CRP Continuous is ongoing.
2019 ARC/PLC Agriculture Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage signup will close March 15, 2020. The 2020 crop year closes June 30, 2020. Producers also have a one-time opportunity to update PLC payment yields beginning with crop year 2020. Yield updates must be completed by the owner, the operator will need a signature to update yield, please prepare in advance for this.
2019 Livestock Losses (LIP) if you filed a notice of loss producers must also submit an application for payment by March 1, 2020.
2019 shorn wool deadline to apply for LDP or loan is January 31, 2019. Please check with the office on the current LDP rate.
