Rapid City Police Dept. welcomes first Native American woman

On June 1, 2018 the Father’s Against Meth Youth Conference was held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Rapid City, SD.

Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Police Captain Joseph Brings Plenty, was a guest speaker at the event, where Rosebud tribal member Santee Clemens was also recognized as the first Native American woman to join the Rapid City police force.
