Hannah Nicole Ganje, 20, of Rapid City, died on September 28, 2017, in her home. Hannah came into this world on March 22, 1997 in Rapid City, SD to Jared Ganje and Amy (Boehrs) Gartner.
Hannah attended Grandview Elementary, South Middle School, and Central High School before moving to Chapel Hill, NC, where she graduated from Northwood High School in 2015. After graduation she moved back to Rapid City, SD to be closer to family and friends.
Hannah was a beautiful, compassionate, and loving person who loved spending time with her family, especially her brothers and sister. Some of her favorite times were spent in Eagle Butte with grandparents and cousins. As a little girl, Hannah loved being at the park. She enjoyed reading, sports, watching movies, listening to good music, girl’s spa-days, and time with her friends. Hannah was a thrill seeker and her favorite thing in the world was amusement parks. Hannah had a huge heart and a great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed!
Hannah is survived by her parents, Jared (Savannah) Ganje and Amy (Tim) Gartner; brother, Tristan; sister, Bella; brother, Mason; step-brother and sisters, Trevor, Allison, Kaya, and Tia; grandparents, Shawn and Sharon Boehrs and David and Sara Ganje; and many, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her cousin, Ashlyn, great-grandparents, and extended family.
A celebration of Hannah’s life and services will be held Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 10:00 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
