Groundbreaking for “7th Generation Cinemas to be held July 29




Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Chairman, Harold C. Frazier an­nounced that July 29, 2015 will mark the ceremonial ground breaking for the $2.8 million, 7th Generation Cinemas which will be located in Eagle Butte.

The Cinemas will have two full size theatres with a total seating capacity for 184 customers. Both theatres will be equipped with state of the art digital cinema projection systems and digital surround sound system that will bring any movie to life. The 6,252 Square Foot Facility also includes full service concessions.

Leading the groundbreaking is Chairman Harold C. Frazier, accompanying him will be Lyle Smith, Tribal Project Department Director; those also scheduled to in attendance are Tribal Council Representatives and the general public. The ground breaking will be held at the “old” IHS hospi­tal site located on North Main Street, Eagle Butte, SD. This event is scheduled to begin at 2: 00 PM(MST).
