Dupree High School student visit colleges

The Dupree High School juniors and seniors recently went on a college tour in Bismarck, North Dakota They toured Bismarck State College and United Tribes Technical College. The students were chaperoned by Mrs. Peacock, the JH/HS School Counselor, and Marion Blue Arm, the TRIO Coordinator and Lakota teacher. The group toured dorms, classrooms, sports facilities and student unions. They even toured the Health department at BSC, which has a pretend hospital wing. One student was overheard to say, “So cool! It’s like a playhouse for grown-ups.”
