Jackson Robert Taken Alive, Placed 1st in Junior Boy’s Grass Dance category at the 2018 Gathering of Nations Powwow in Albuquerque, NM. Taken Alive is in the 3rd Grade in Mrs. Ducheneaux’s class. According to his grandmother, it has been his dream to dance at this Powwow. He is the son of Ann’D Butcher and Jon Taken Alive, grandson of Delbert and Mona Longbrake, Virgil Taken Alive and the late Molly Lafferty.
