In response to emergency planning for the COVID-19, the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe has issued one week of administrative leave for all non-essential CRST Tribal employees.
The administrative leave will begin on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 8:00 AM MST and will end Friday, March 20, 2020 at 5:00 PM MST.
Chairman Frazier directed employees to maintain daily contact with their supervisors in the event employees are needed for additional duties or to report to work.
“We are working hard to respond to the current situations but we need to stay flexible while protecting all of our families. I urge all employees to limit travel, practice social distancing and clean personal and work spaces. We will be working to sanitize work spaces and evaluate your department functions to mitigate your risks when it is time for you to return to work,” stated Chairman Frazier.
