Cheyenne River athletes named for the 2019 Lakota All-Star Games

High school athletes from across CRST schools will have a chance to shine at the ever-popular Lakota All-Star Games, which will take place on Saturday, March 23 at the Loneman School near Oglala, SD.

Events will begin at 4 p.m. with the high school volleyball game, followed by girls’ basketball, and concluding with the boys’ basketball game.

The CRST All-Star athletes who will be participating in the games are:

Boys’ Basketball (wearing light jerseys):

Cecelio Montgomery, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 5’10” G; Jordan Hill, Tiospaye Topa, 6’3″ C; Naden Saucedo, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 5’8″ G.

Boys’ Basketball (wearing dark jerseys):

Brayden PayPay, Timber Lake, 6’0″ G; Ford Traversie, Dupree, 5’11” G; Jackson Harrison, Timber Lake, 5’10” G.

Girls’ Basketball (wearing light jerseys):

Teylor Albers, Takini, 5’8″ G; Kelci Bends, Dupree, 5’9″ F; Justice Fire Cloud, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 5’9″ G.

Girls’ Basketball (wearing dark jerseys):

Georgi Mendoza, Timber Lake, 5’9″ F/C; Jayden Hollow Horn, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 5’10” F.

Volleyball (wearing dark jerseys):

Teylor Albers, Takini, 5’8″ DS; Jastyn Rousseau, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 5’8″ OH/DS; Kelci Bends, Dupree, 5’7″ MH.
