Sylvan Larrabee, 24 of Cherry Creek, was sentenced to two years in prison for sexual contact with a minor. Along with the prison term, he’ll have five years of supervised release.

The convinction stems from an incident on May 28, 2015 where Larrabee engaged in sexual intercourse knowing the girls was only 14 years old. This case was investigated by the Cheyenne Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay Miller prosecuted the case.
