The Braves football didn’t disappoint the hometown crowd as they hosted the St. Francis Warriors on Friday night for their Homecoming game.
The Braves struck fast early on and commanded the game with a 308 yard rushing attack led by Homecoming King Trevor Bad Warrior. Bad Warrior finished with 165 yards rushing and 95 receiving on nine carries and 95 receiving yards. The king also entered the endzone five times. The Braves scored 10 touchdowns total in the contest.
Kaytonna Bartlett finished with 143 yards on 24 carries and two touchdowns. Bartlett also finished with 84 receiving yards on two receptions.
Quarterback Harley Neigel led the aerial assault with 219 passing yards, completing nine of 14 passes.
The Braves will play their final game of the season on Thursday night at home against Chamberlain. Kickoff is at 6:00 p.m. MDT.
