Ziebach County FSA Announces Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) Signup June 3, 2022 – August 1, 2022 The Ziebach County FSA Office is conducting a 2022 Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) signup. The signup runs from June 3, 2022 – August 1, 2022. The ECP Drought Emergency Measures Practice is designed to provide water conservation and enhancement measures to permit grazing of pasture by livestock due to drought conditions.
