Cinema underway

Cheyenne River residents are one step closer to once again having a local movie theater as construction of the long awaited 7th Generation Cinemas commenced last week. Crews began the groundwork and digging the foundation for the building.  Officials aren’t certain of a completion date but work will continue as long as the weather allows.  (Photo by Ross DuBray)
